Bio: Coach Demary also brings 25 years of youth rowing experience and was part of the first ever learn to row program on Cape Cod in 1987 while a student at Barnstable High School. Rower and co-captain in high school, Coach Demary then went on to The College of the Holy Cross and was the Varsity Women's coxswain until her senior year when she took over the novice women coaching duties. After graduate school, Coach Demary returned to coach for Cape Cod Rowing serving in every capacity - coaching youth and adults - learn to row to competitive varsity level programs. USRA Level II certified coach and certified indoor rowing instructor.
