The Nauset Warriors and St. Mary's passed the lead back and forth four times on Saturday at Fraser Field, but in the end Nauset pulled out a 7-5 win in seven innings over St. Mary's .

Nauset took the lead in the fourth inning thanks to a two-run double by Noah Grevelis, scoring Ronan Chisholm and Mason Swift.

Nauset used 4 pitchers on the day that were able to hold St. Mary's to 5 runs (1 earned).

Grevelis was the star at the plate.  The senior centerfielder racked up two RBIs on two hits for Nauset.

The action began in the top of the third when Nauset took an early lead, 1-0. Willy Boyd doubled to ignite Nauset Regional Warriors Varsity's offense, before Gerritt Merrill doubled, plating Boyd.

It didn't take long for St. Mary's to answer as it scored four runs of its own in the third. St. Mary's scored on 2 errors an RBI single by Costanza, and a sacrifice fly by Mclaughlin.

Nauset Regional Warriors Varsity never surrendered the lead after the fourth inning. The runs piled on thanks to two singles.

Nauset Regional Warriors Varsity matched its one-run fifth inning with one more in the sixth. In the fifth, Nauset Regional Warriors Varsity scored on a sacrifice fly by Swift, scoring Sam Majewski.
