The Boys XC team had a great start to the 2016 seeason winning 18 to 43 against Canton, eventhough their legs are tired from two weeks of hard training.

We took seven of the top ten places with Brian Brooks leading the pack handily for first place and a course record. Newcomber Jake Pearl came in a strong second with room to spare. Dylan McDonough was fourth despite a tough cramp and Captain Koki Riley (5th) led the pack of Jake Eldridge (6th), Jake Whitfield (8th), and Colin Nobili (9th) to clean it up.

This year we have a big group of 26 dedicated runners, eight of which have never run competitively before. Congratulations to first timers Jake Pearl, Matt Daniels-Diehl, Aidan Dill, Tyler Hutchinson, Christian Augat, Kieran Norton, Spencer Granlund, and Zach Roth for getting through your first one!

The team looked strong and unified and everyone did a great job. Congratulations, let's keep it going!
