BARNSTABLE HIGH SCHOOL: 4
The score of this game is not indicative of the caliber of the game. The score was 0-0 at halftime, and then Barnstable came out strong to start the 2nd half and scored 4 consecutive goals, but Nauset came back with 2 beautiful goals. Carli Thomas scored her first Varsity goal assisted by Sara McCullough, and then Jordan Milesky scored her first goal of the season, assisted by Libby Hart and Sara McCullough. Taylor Sheehan once again was outstanding in goal, making 17 saves. Seniors Tori Eldridge and Abbie Russo were also outstanding on defense.
The effort of the entire team was tremendous.
Th girls have their 5th road game in a row on Saturday, and then finally get to enjoy their home field for 3 games next week.
