WINTER PROGRAM OFFERINGS
Girls basketball, boys basketball, girls ice hockey, boys ice hockey, indoor track, swimming & diving & wrestling.
*Participation numbers will dictate how many levels (varsity/jv/freshman), but we typically have two or three levels in each sport.
REGISTRATION/SIGNUP
In order to play a winter sport, you must register on FamilyID by clicking HERE. Upon

IMPACT TESTING DATES
November 15th, 16th & 20th after school from 3:15-4:30pm
PHYSICAL
You will need to have a valid in-person physical (within the last 13 months) on file prior to participation. Please schedule this ASAP so you will be cleared to participate on day #1.
TRYOUTS/PRACTICE START DATES
Please note that the first day of winter sports is Monday, November 27th. Tryouts run the first 2-3 days that week. Practice schedules for week 1 will be posted and shared very soon.
NAUSET REGIONAL MS - 8TH GRADE PARTICIPATION
Based on high school projected participation numbers, we are offering NRMS 8th grade participation in the following sports:
Girls JV Basketball, Girls Ice Hockey, Boys & Girls Swimming & Diving and Wrestling.
As an 8th grader at NRMS, you have the opportunity to try out for these sports. Cuts may or may not happen depending on the turn out at tryouts.
WINTER SPORTS MANDATORY MEETING
The winter sports parent/athlete meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 16th @ 6:00pm in the Nauset Regional Middle School auditorium. Each team will meet briefly following the general session. This is a great opportunity to meet our coaches and ask program-specific questions.
