2023-24 WINTER SPORTS
Nauset Regional HS is offering the following sports this Winter season: Girls Basketball, Boys Basketball, Girls Ice Hockey, Boys Ice Hockey, Girls & Boys Indoor Track, Girls & Boys Swimming & Diving, Wrestling, Unified Strength & Conditioning
*NRMS 8th graders are currently eligible to tryout for Girls JV Basketball, Girls Ice Hockey, Girls & Boys Swimming & Diving, Wrestling & Unified Strength & Conditioning
See the three steps below for the registration process. In order to participate, all three steps must be completed by Novmeber 24th, 2023.
1. Physical Exam: All student athletes must have a current physical exam on file in the nurses office. Physical exams must have been within the last 13 months. Physicals can be faxed to (508) 240-5418 ATTN Michele Pavlu or emailed to pavlum@nausetschools.org. PHYSICALS MUST BE IN PERSON WITH PROVIDER, THEY CANNOT BE TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS FOR ATHLETIC CLEARANCE. If you are unable to schedule an appointment with your physician, please contact CareWell in Dennis MA for a sports physical for $50.

3. IMPACT Neurocognitive Baseline Testing: Completed 1 time per 4 years of high school for non contact sport athletes and 2 times per 4 years for contact sport athletes.
