NAUSET WARRIORS VS PLYMOUTH SOUTH VARSITY VOLLEYBALL

The girls are beginning to become a closely knit cohesive team.  Better communicatiion is becoming more routine with more players taking a leadership role in encouraging their team mates. Longer volleys are beginning to become more the norm  which translates into more production for individuals.  ie, more serves, attacks, digs, and kills.  It we continue to progress at this rate or better, the girls will gain in confidence and determination to prove the type of team they are becoming.  The scores (25-15, 24-7, & 25-12) appear to show little improvement, but if you were at the game you would have noticed much more speed, quickness and communication than previous matches and a better defensive posture as well.  As a coach, I was well pleased with their overall performance. 

With such a young team, (4 Juniors, 3 Sopomores, and 3 Freshman) they performed admirably with promises of better things to follow.  Continued support at home games will fire this team up even further, so, please, attend as many games as you can.  Bring friends, neighbors, enemies, anyone willing to cheer them on.
