Nauset falls 7-2 to Falmouth High School

Koki Riley went 3-3 at the plate, but Nauset still fell to Falmouth High School 7-2 in seven innings on Wednesday.

Sam Palmer took the loss for Nauset. He lasted just three innings, walked seven, struck out one, and allowed five runs.

The bottom of the first saw Falmouth High School take an early lead, 2-0. A double by #14, bringing home #5 started the inning off. Falmouth High School added more runs when #14 scored on an RBI double by #9.

Nauset matched its one-run second inning with one more in the third. In the second, Nauset scored on a walk by Liam Handville, plating Sherman Merrill.

The game's last lead went to Falmouth High School thanks to a third inning rally that saw one run cross the plate on an RBI double by #10.

Falmouth High School tacked on another three runs in the fourth.
