NORTH EASTHAM — Two Warriors ran times that qualified them for the upcoming state meet, but the team came up short in its meet with the Blue Knights.
Jenny Leyton topped the field in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:10.1 to earn a berth in the state meet. She also won the 400 meters.
Also gaining a state berth was Nina Putnam in the 110 hurdles in a time of 17.1.
Nauset's other winner was Coralea Geraniotis in the 800 in a time of 2:25. Freshman Callie Schadt placed 3rd in that event with at time of 2:33.1, also qualifying for the upcoming MIAA Division 3 State Championships on May 25.
